3. Processors and Recipients

We work with the following service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

Lodgify — booking engine, website and contact forms. Data hosted within the EU.

Chekin — automated transmission of guest identity data to the Spanish authorities, in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Data hosted within the EU.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic analysis. Data may be processed in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention Period

Your booking data is retained for the legally required period under Spanish law (generally 5 years for tax and accounting purposes). Identity data transmitted to the authorities is retained in accordance with the deadlines set by tourist accommodation regulations. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw your consent.
