2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect the data needed to manage your enquiries, bookings and stay:

If you book via Airbnb, Vrbo or Micazu, the platform sends us the data needed for your stay; it remains responsible for its own processing.

3. Processors and recipients

We use the following providers, who may process your data on our behalf:

Lodgify — booking engine, website, contact forms and arrival form. Data hosted in the EU.

Chekin — automated transmission of guests' identity data to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes), in line with the legal obligation in force. Data hosted in the EU.

Stripe and PayPal — online payment of direct bookings and deposit pre-authorisation.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic analysis. Data may be processed in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention period

Your booking data is kept for the legal periods applicable in Spain (up to 6 years for accounting and tax obligations). Guests' identity data is kept for 3 years after the end of the stay, as required by Real Decreto 933/2021. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
