For every booking made via our site or the major platforms (Airbnb, Booking...), we provide a complete welcome kit to ensure guests' comfort from the moment they arrive.
Each kit includes:
- Basic cleaning supplies: 1 sponge cloth, 1 sponge, 1 trash bag, 1 dishwashing dose, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 laundry detergent tablet.
- 1 hygiene kit per bathroom: 2 toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, makeup remover wipe, and nail file.

A package reserved for recent or fully renovated properties
The 4-Star Package rests on a promise made to travellers: that of an upmarket property, immaculate, living up to the photos they saw before booking. We therefore only accept recent builds and fully renovated properties into this package.
This isn't a matter of taste but of rental economics. On a commission model, our interests are strictly aligned with yours: we only earn when your property is let, and let at a good price. Reviews are what determine your ranking on the platforms, and therefore your occupancy rate and the price you can charge. An ageing property collects lukewarm reviews, which mechanically drive both down. Setting this condition protects your return as much as our reputation.
By full renovation we mean the whole property, not a refresh: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, joinery, air conditioning, beds and furniture. A repainted property is still an old property in the eyes of a traveller comparing ten listings before choosing.
