- La Zenia Boulevard: more than 150 open-air shops and restaurants, a playground, a children's play centre and a bowling alley. Perfect for windy days or the end of the afternoon.
- The coastal promenade: it runs along La Zenia's coves and links the neighbouring areas on foot.
- A central base: Torrevieja is about ten minutes' drive away, Cabo Roig marina about 2 km.

What is there at La Zenia Boulevard?
More than 150 open-air shops and restaurants, plus a playground, a children's play centre and a bowling alley. From Flamenca Village, you can walk there (1.2 km).
Is La Zenia beach wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Cala del Bosque beach has adapted access, toilets and a bathing area for people with reduced mobility. Our Flamenca Village property is also single-level and accessible.
Do you have properties in La Zenia itself?
Our two closest properties are Flamenca Village, in Playa Flamenca, 1.2 km from the Boulevard, and the Sea Senses apartment, on the seafront in Punta Prima, a few minutes' drive away.
Can I play padel during my stay?
Yes: the Sea Senses complex has its own padel court, and you can rent rackets as an extra when booking (€1 per night per racket, balls free from two rackets).
