Punta Prima is the northern tip of Orihuela Costa, right on the Torrevieja border. On the coast, a small Blue Flag beach; inland, quiet residential complexes between the beach and Villamartín golf course. Why choose Punta Prima?
- Swim even in winter: several of our properties have a private pool heated to 29 °C from 1 October to 31 May, at no extra charge. Rare on this coast, and ideal for an off-season stay.
- Complexes made for children: a communal pool open all year, a paddling pool, a playground and a pétanque court in the Amanecer complexes.
- A Blue Flag beach: Punta Prima beach is small but very well equipped, with its promenade, lifeguards in season and a lift for people with reduced mobility.
- Golf and padel nearby: Villamartín golf course is about 3 km from our complexes, and several padel clubs are just minutes away.
- Peace and quiet, with everything close by: supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants a few minutes away, with Torrevieja and La Zenia Boulevard close at hand.

- Apartment with heated private pool: 200 m² ground floor for 6 guests, in a small complex of 24 apartments.

- Ground floor in Amanecer XII: direct access to the pool from the terrace.
- Casa La Luz Amanecer XII: games, beach tennis and bodyboards provided.
- Ground floor at Amanecer XII: beach chairs, parasol and beach towels provided.
All three: 4 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, underground parking, stays of 11 nights or more.

What we do for you
We meet you on site to hand over the keys and show you around. The beds are made, the towels are ready and a welcome kit is waiting. A booklet with our tips helps you find your way around, and we stay reachable throughout your stay. The departure cleaning is included: you simply close the door behind you.

Punta Prima FAQ
Are the pools heated in winter?
The private pools of three of our properties (two villas and one apartment) are heated to 29 °C from 1 October to 31 May, at no extra charge. The communal pools in the complexes are open all year, but are not heated.
How far is the beach?
Our properties are in Punta Prima's quiet residential complexes, 2.5 to 5 km from the beaches (Punta Prima, Cala La Mosca, La Zenia). A car is therefore useful.
Is Punta Prima suitable for young children?
Yes. The Amanecer XII complexes have a paddling pool and a playground, and you can book a travel cot or high chair as an extra (€1 per night each).
Can I bring my dog?
Small dogs are welcome at the Apartment with large terrace. For a large dog, see Casa Lagunas Mirasal, in Torrevieja.
