Cabo Roig Holiday Rentals (Orihuela Costa)

🌐 Cette page en français · Deze pagina in het Nederlands

Cabo Roig, the "red cape", owes its name to the ochre rocks that drop into the Mediterranean. It's the most seafaring corner of Orihuela Costa: a marina, a 16th-century watchtower, water sports and restaurants overlooking the boats. Casacare360 offers vacation rentals close by, in Campoamor, with an in-person welcome.

Cabo Roig, by the sea

  • The marina: with a restaurant overlooking the boats, known for its lobster rice. The old watchtower there has been turned into a wine cellar.
  • The Cabo Roig tower: built in the 16th century to guard the coast against pirates, listed as a Site of Cultural Interest (Bien de Interés Cultural) since 1949 and restored.
  • La Caleta beach: 287 m of fine sand at the foot of the marina, Blue Flag, with water-sports rental and a nautical club.
  • The Thursday market: every Thursday, from 8 am to 2 pm, on Calle Fuego in the Aguamarina urbanisation, between Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
