A holiday on foot
- The Saturday market: every Saturday morning, from 8 am to 2 pm, Calle Nicolás de Bussi turns into a big street market. Fruit and vegetables, olives, bread, clothes, leather goods, and churros or paella stalls to round off the morning.
- Fine-sand coves: Playa Flamenca's coastline alternates small beaches and coves, linked by a seafront promenade. Cala Estaca beach has a Blue Flag, lifeguards in summer and a children's area.
- Shopping close by: La Zenia Boulevard, one of the largest open-air shopping centres in the region, is about 1.2 km away.
- Everyday shopping round the corner: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and local bars, all without the car.

When is the Playa Flamenca market?
Every Saturday, from 8 am to 2 pm, on Calle Nicolás de Bussi. Come early for the best choice and the freshest produce.
Can you holiday without a car?
Yes, from Flamenca Village: the beach is 500 m away, the supermarket 100 m and La Zenia Boulevard 1.2 km. A car is still handy for exploring the area.
Can you swim out of season?
Yes: two of the four pools at the Flamenca Village complex are heated, and there's also a jacuzzi and a sauna.
Is the property suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. The apartment is single-level, on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, and accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Is booking direct really cheaper?
Yes: 20% less than on the platforms, with the same cancellation terms.
