Three cases, depending on the number of nights. In every case, our general conditions of sale apply.
1From 30 to 61 nights Online
- Book online, just as for a shorter stay.
- 30 % deposit when booking, 70 % balance no later than 40 days before arrival.
2From 62 to 92 nights Online or on request
- Book online, with the same payment: 30 % / 70 %.
- Or pay month by month, on request: contact us before booking.
- In that case, to book: 30 % of the first month, plus the management and cleaning fees.
- The balance of the first month (70 %) no later than 40 days before arrival.
- After that, each month is paid 15 days before it starts.
3More than 92 nights On request
- Book with us: contact us with your dates.
- The same month-by-month payment.
- A written seasonal rental contract, in line with the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
- A security deposit of two months' rent, as the law requires.
- Water and electricity are billed separately.
- An inventory on arrival and departure.
- For a long stay, the rent can be adjusted to the length of stay.

💶 A monthly rate that applies by itself
No hidden rate kept for those who think to negotiate. As soon as a booking reaches thirty consecutive nights, the monthly rate automatically replaces the nightly rate in our booking engine. The price shown is already the reduced price: nothing to ask for, nothing to tick, no code to enter. The monthly rate varies by season and is shown on each home's page.
⚠️ Count the nights, not the days. From 1 to 30 April, you sleep 29 nights: the monthly rate does not apply. From 1 April to 1 May, you sleep 30 nights: it does. The departure date makes the difference.

🏡 Quality homes, designed for longer stays
We choose homes we would happily live in ourselves for several months: a fully equipped kitchen, quality bedding, enough storage to unpack properly, reversible air conditioning for cool January mornings, a washing machine, and outdoor spaces (terrace, solarium, garden) you can use all winter.
Then there is what you cannot see in the photos: local management. Casacare360 is based in Orihuela Costa. If the water heater plays up or you have a practical question, someone answers and someone comes round. For a stay of a month or more, this is probably the most underrated criterion.
📶 Remote work: a connection you can count on
All our homes have fibre-optic wifi suited to professional use: video calls, large files, company VPN, and streaming for the rest of the family at the same time.
In our recent buildings, every bedroom also has an RJ45 Ethernet socket: a stable wired connection, with no dropouts, so you can set up a real workstation in a quiet room. Tell us what you need when you book and we will point you to the right homes.

The south of the Costa Blanca is sheltered from cold northern winds by the hills inland and tempered by the Mediterranean. In December and January there are still seven to eight hours of sunshine a day, and nights rarely drop below 5 to 10 °C. You can lunch outdoors in January, walk on the beach in a jumper and cycle all year round: compared with a Belgian, Dutch or British winter, it is a different world.
🏖️ Easy everyday life, especially out of season
The Orihuela Costa coastline has coves and beaches along 16 km: Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor. Wherever you stay with us, a beach is just a few minutes away. Out of season they are almost empty, and the traffic, heavy in August, flows freely again from October to May.
Restaurants stay open all year, from beach bars to Spanish restaurants inland, at very reasonable prices compared with Northern Europe. And Torrevieja, ten minutes away, is truly lively all year round: shops, markets, marina, concerts and busy terraces in the middle of winter.

What is the minimum length of a long stay?
Thirty consecutive nights, so a full month. For shorter stays, our standard seasonal rental rates apply, from eleven nights.
Does a stay from 1 to 30 April qualify for the monthly rate?
No. From 1 to 30 April you only sleep 29 nights, one short of the threshold. From 1 April to 1 May it is 30 nights, and the monthly rate applies. The departure date makes the difference.
Do I need to ask for the monthly rate?
No, our booking engine applies it automatically from thirty nights. The price shown is already the reduced price.
Is the monthly rent the same all year?
No, the monthly rate varies by season and is shown on each home's page. For a stay of more than two months, it can be adjusted to the length of stay.
Up to how many nights can I book online?
Up to 92 nights, so three months. For a stay of more than two months, you can also contact us before booking to pay month by month. Beyond 92 nights, you book directly with us.
How does month-by-month payment work?
It is available from two months' stay, on request. To book, 30 % of the first month plus the management and cleaning fees; the balance of the first month no later than 40 days before arrival; after that, each month is paid 15 days before it starts.
What changes for a stay of more than three months?
