You book a fully furnished home, ready to move into, with no lease to sign, no utilities to set up and none of the commitments of buying.

💶 A monthly rate that applies on its own
We don't operate opaque pricing reserved for those who think to negotiate. As soon as a booking reaches thirty consecutive nights, the monthly rate automatically replaces the nightly rate in our booking system.
The price on your screen is already the reduced price: nothing to ask for, nothing to tick, no code to enter.

⚠️ Count the nights, not the days
• From 1 to 30 April, you only sleep 29 nights on site: the threshold isn't reached and the monthly rate does not apply.
• From 1 April to 1 May, you sleep 30 nights : the monthly rate kicks in.
• It's the departure date that makes the difference, not how many days there are in the month.

💳 Paying for a stay of several months
• The first two months are paid according to our usual booking conditions.
• Beyond that, we block the calendar for the full agreed duration and each additional month is paid only one month in advance.
• Your dates are therefore secured from the first day to the last, without tying up the whole amount at the time of booking. That is what makes a three, four or six-month stay genuinely workable.

🏡 Upmarket properties, designed for the long haul
All our properties are upmarket, and that requirement takes on particular meaning over a long stay. We select homes we would be willing to live in ourselves for months: fully equipped and genuinely functional kitchens, quality beds and linen, enough storage to properly unpack your suitcases, reversible air conditioning for those cool January mornings, a washing machine, and outdoor space — terrace, solarium, garden — that stays usable all winter in this climate.
Then there's what the photos don't show: local management. Casa Care 360 is based in Orihuela Costa, not at the other end of Europe. If a boiler plays up or you have a practical question, someone answers and someone comes round. On a stay of a month or more, that is probably the most underrated criterion of all.

📶 Remote work and digital nomads: a connection you can count on
Working remotely from Spain means having a connection that doesn't drop in the middle of a video call. All our properties come with fibre wifi, sized for professional use: video calls, large file transfers, corporate VPN, and streaming alongside it for the rest of the family.
In our newer builds, every bedroom is also fitted with an RJ45 ethernet port. A wired connection eliminates the micro-dropouts and variable latency of wifi, and lets you set up a proper workstation in a room with a door rather than on the corner of a table. 🌤️ The microclimate of Orihuela Costa
The southern Costa Blanca enjoys a well-known microclimate, sheltered from cold northerly winds by the inland hills and tempered by the Mediterranean. It records around 320 days of sunshine a year. In December and January, the leanest months, the average still holds at seven to eight hours of sunshine a day, and it generally rains only two or three days a month.
Temperatures follow the same logic. In the depths of winter, highs sit around 16 to 18 °C during the day, with afternoons regularly climbing above 20 °C, and overnight lows rarely dropping below 5 to 10 °C. In practice: you have lunch outside in January, you walk on the beach in a jumper, you cycle all year round.
Compared with a British or Irish winter — eight hours of daylight, low grey skies, frequent rain — the contrast is simply of another order.

🏖️ An easy daily life, especially off season
The Orihuela Costa coastline strings together coves and beaches over some fifteen kilometres: Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor. Wherever you stay with us, a beach is always less than ten minutes away by car. Off season they're practically deserted, and the traffic, congested in August, flows freely again from October to May: finding a parking space outside a restaurant on a February lunchtime takes no effort at all.
The choice of places to eat stays wide all year, from beachfront chiringuitos to Spanish tables inland, along with real international variety inherited from the European communities settled here. You eat well everywhere, at prices that remain very reasonable compared with northern Europe.
Torrevieja, ten minutes away, counts too: shops, markets, marina, concert venues, bars and terraces that are busy even in midwinter. That's what sets the southern Costa Blanca apart from resorts that close their shutters in October.

⛳ Golf, padel and fitness all year round

Do I need to ask for the monthly rate?

Is a reason for the stay required?
Beyond ten nights, Valencian Community regulations classify the stay as a seasonal rental rather than a tourist rental. A reason other than tourism must therefore be stated — remote work, recovery, family visit, property search, extended stay. No supporting document is required : simply mentioning it when you book is enough, and we'll guide you through the formality.
