How does the payment process work?

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. All payment details and currency information are indicated on your invoice and in your confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund (minus processing fees). Between 30 and 20 days before arrival: 50% refunded (minus processing fees). Less than 20 days before arrival: no refund. Processing fees cover payment provider costs and are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund if I leave earlier?

What if I arrive late or need to leave very early?

Can I check out after 10:00?

No. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 to allow time for cleaning. Late check-outs are only possible in very exceptional cases.

Can I book the accommodation on Airbnb?

Yes, but prices on Airbnb are usually around 20% higher than booking directly on our website, due to platform fees.

Is there a baby bed or high chair available?

Yes, upon prior request and subject to availability. Price: €1 per day per item.

How does check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is from 16:00. We welcome you personally at the residence entrance, hand over the keys and show you around the property. Please send your arrival time via WhatsApp about 1 hour before. Check-out is between 07:00 and 10:00, with key collection and a short inspection.

How does the damage deposit work?

For bookings paid by card, a 350 € pre-authorisation is made 48h before arrival. The amount is blocked, not charged, and may be renewed every 5 days. It is released up to 4 days after departure if no damage is found. For bookings paid by bank transfer, a 350 € cash deposit is required at arrival and returned at departure if everything is in order.

Do I have to register my identity before arrival?

Yes. Spanish law requires the identity of all travellers, including children, to be registered before arrival. You will receive a secure Chekin link to upload your IDs. This is mandatory to access the accommodation.

What rules must I follow in the accommodation?

Respect the neighbours, do not smoke or vape inside, no drugs, and do not bring external visitors to use the community facilities. Pools are usually accessible from 08:00 to 22:00.

What should I do in case of emergency?

For non-medical issues, contact Casacare360 on WhatsApp at +34 604 470 876. For emergencies, call 112 (European emergency number). Hospital and vet contact details are also provided in your welcome information.

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in your stay. The access code will be given at check-in.

How is electricity consumption managed?

20 kWh per day are included for apartments and 30 kWh for houses. Extra consumption is billed at 0.30 €/kWh and may be deducted from the deposit. This allowance corresponds to normal use, including air conditioning used responsibly.

Which beaches do you recommend nearby?

Popular nearby beaches include Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Cala La Caleta and Mil Palmeras. Most have free parking, beach bars, sunbeds, and some offer children's areas and Blue Flag certification.

Are there local markets to visit?

Yes, there are daily markets in the region. Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, Torrevieja on Fridays, and many others in nearby towns. The traveller page includes a full list organised by day.

La Zenia Boulevard is the closest and largest mall. You will also find Habaneras (Torrevieja), Nueva Condomina (Murcia), Gran Vía and The Outlet Stores (Alicante).

• In accordance with Spanish legislation, the identity of all travellers (including children) must be registered before arrival.
• You will receive two separate links before your stay:
1️⃣ A link to inform us of your arrival time and any specific needs.
For stays of 11 days or more, this form will also include a multiple-choice question about the reason for your stay (non-tourist stay).
No supporting documents will be requested for the reason for your stay.
2️⃣ A secure link (the Chekin app) to register your ID documents with the Spanish authorities.
• Both forms are mandatory to access the property.
• The links are sent 7 days before arrival, followed by an automatic reminder 2 days before — even if you have already completed the forms.

⚡ Electricity

• This allowance corresponds to a normal level of consumption: we will not nitpick over a few extra kWh at the end of the stay. We simply ask for responsible use (e.g. turning off the air conditioning when leaving, closing windows/doors when it is running).

Due to the new regulations in the Valencian Community, stays for tourist purposes can no longer exceed 10 consecutive days. For stays of 11 days or more, we therefore need to indicate the reason for your stay to confirm that it is a non-tourist stay.
A simple declaration via a selection in the form is sufficient, and no supporting documents will be requested.
