In the Valencian Community, the regulations distinguish between two types of stay. Tourist rental covers stays of 1 to 10 nights and is subject to specific obligations (tourist licence, registration number, declaration of guests). Seasonal rental applies to stays of 11 consecutive nights or more and falls under a different legal framework.
