We facilitate the conclusion of short-term rental agreements for holiday apartments in the name and on behalf of the owners or their representatives (hereinafter referred to as the landlord). Casacare360 SLU acts exclusively as an intermediary to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Booking with us is simple and fast! You can select the property of your choice online. Once your booking is confirmed by us, it becomes effective for all persons indicated in the booking.
2.1 ๐งพ Nature of the stay (from 10 nights)
For stays of 10 nights or more, the stay is considered a temporary non-tourist stay (outside the primary residence). As such, the guest must indicate, via the arrival form, the reason for the stay among the proposed options. A simple declaration is sufficient; no supporting documents are required.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the time of booking
Balance: 70% no later than 40 days before the arrival date
Payment must be made in the required currency and according to the terms specified on the invoice
Non-payment: the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund (minus administration fees).
Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival: 50% refunded (minus administration fees).
Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: no refund.
Administration fees cover costs related to payment service providers and administrative processing. They are non-refundable.
A security deposit of โฌ350 for an apartment and โฌ500 for a villa will be pre-authorized on your credit card for payments made via PayPal or Stripe.
This pre-authorization will start one day before your arrival and will end four days after your departure.
If you pay by bank transfer, the deposit must be paid in cash to the representative of Casacare360 SLU upon arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of departure, provided everything is in order.
A small dog (-15 kg) is allowed if specified in the property description

Between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm: free

On December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st: +โฌ100 (regardless of the time)
In accordance with Spanish legislation, the identity of all travellers (including children) must be registered before arrival.
The guest must also complete the arrival form (arrival time, practical information).
For stays of 10 nights or more, this form includes a question about the reason for the stay (non-tourist). A simple declaration is sufficient; no supporting documents are required.
Without completion of these formalities, the keys cannot be handed over.

On December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st: +โฌ100 (regardless of the time)
20 kWh/day included for an apartment, 30 kWh/day for a house
Additional consumption: โฌ0.30/kWh (deducted from the deposit)
The property must be occupied by the number of persons indicated in the booking. In case of exceeding the maximum, the landlord may apply additional fees or refuse access. Nights spent in a tent, caravan, or car on the property are not allowed.
Drug use, parties and video filming are strictly prohibited
It is forbidden to invite external persons to use the complex facilities (pool, etc.)
In case of a reported issue, a warning will be issued. In case of recurrence, eviction without refund
Please report immediately any damage or any complaint regarding the property to the owner or the administrator. Your cooperation helps us maintain our quality standards.
โ๏ธ Equipment: depends on the ownerโs taste; hot water capacity may vary depending on the water heater
๐ Beds and storage: folding beds or sofa beds may be used; storage may sometimes be limited
๐ถ Baby equipment: cots and high chairs can be rented upon request
๐ฟ Outdoors: natural terrain, possible presence of insects; outdoor furniture is not always provided for maximum capacity
๐ Distances / schedules: indicative and may vary depending on the season
โ Complaints: contact the accommodation provider; Casacare360 is not responsible for water or internet outages, nor for nearby works
๐งฝ Final cleaning: always included in the rental price
Please leave the property clean: empty the fridge, wash the dishes and take out the trash.
Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. Excessive mess may result in additional charges.
An equivalent property will be offered if the contract cannot be performed
If no replacement is possible: full refund without compensation
The landlord may terminate in case of non-payment or repeated breach of the contract
These terms apply to all short-term rentals, up to a maximum of 90 nights.
The stay has a temporary nature and does not constitute a primary residence.
For stays of 10 nights or more, the stay is treated as a non-tourist stay and requires declaring the reason for the stay via the arrival form.
