Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. ✉️ Introductory Provisions

Welcome to Casacare360 SLU, your partner for holiday rentals and concierge services!

Casacare360 acts as an intermediary to facilitate short-term rentals between owners and travelers.

2. 🛎️ Bookings

The booking is confirmed and effective for all named guests once validated by us.

3. 💳 Payments

• Deposit: 30% at the time of booking (online)
• Balance: due 60 days before arrival
• Failure to pay = possible cancellation by the owner

4. 💸 Security Deposit

• €350 pre-authorized (PayPal / Stripe)
• Or bank transfer
• Returned if no damage is found

5. 🐾 Pets

• 1 small dog (-15 kg) allowed if mentioned
• Large dog or 2nd dog: +€6/day each

6. ⏰ Check-in

• Between 16:00 and 23:00: free
• Between 23:00 and 07:00: +€35
• Dec 24/25/31 & Jan 1: +€35

7. ✈️ Check-out

• Between 07:00 and 10:00: free
• Before 07:00: +€35
• Dec 24/25/31 & Jan 1: +€35

8. ⚡️ Electricity Consumption

• Less than 30 nights: 15 kWh/day included, additional charged at €0.30/kWh

• More than 30 nights: electricity not included (based on meter reading)

9. 🚶️ Capacity and Guests

The number of guests must not exceed the allowed limit. Overnight stays in tents, caravans or cars are prohibited.

10. ⛔️ Tenant Conduct

• No drugs, parties, or video shoots
• No external guests in shared areas
• If violated: eviction without refund

11. 💡 Duty to Report

Please report any issues to the manager. This helps us maintain quality.

12. 🔍 General Information

• ❄️ Equipment: depends on the owner
• 🏋️ Bedding: folding beds or sofas possible
• 🌿 Outdoor areas: nature = possible insects
• 🌐 Distances/times: indicative only
• ❓ Complaints: contact the host
• 🛋 Final cleaning: between €60 and €150

13. 🧹 Basic and Final Cleaning

The guest must:

• Empty the fridge
• Wash the dishes
• Take out the trash

Otherwise: €10 per task deducted from deposit

Uncleaned barbecue: €80 flat fee Excessive mess = extra fees (with proof)

14. ❌ Cancellation Conditions

• Free cancellation within 7 days (if >60 days before arrival)
• Cancellation <60 days: 50% deposit refunded
• After that: no refund
• Date change: +€50 (if requested >60 days prior)

15. ❎ Cancellation by Owner

• Equivalent property will be offered
• Otherwise: full refund, no compensation
• Contract breaches = termination possible

16. 🗓️ Contract Duration

Valid for any short-term rental up to 90 nights.
