1. ✉️ Introductory Provisions

- Represented by: Amy Martin J. Mullen (hereinafter referred to as the intermediary)
We facilitate short-term rental agreements on behalf of property owners or their representatives. Casacare360 SLU acts solely as an intermediary to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
2. 🛎️ Reservations
Booking with us is quick and easy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it becomes effective for all listed guests.
3. 💳 Payments
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount upon booking
- Balance: 70% due no later than 40 days before arrival
- Payment must be made in the required currency as stated on the invoice
- In case of non-payment, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation
4. ❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund (less management fees).
- Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival: 50% refund (less management fees).
- Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: no refund.
Management fees cover payment processing and administrative costs. They are non-refundable.
5. 💸 Security Deposit
A €350 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your card (PayPal or Stripe) or paid in cash upon arrival if the booking was made by bank transfer. It will be released after inspection, provided no damage is found.
This pre-authorization starts one day after arrival and ends four days after departure.
6. 🐾 Pets
- One small dog (-15 kg) allowed if stated in the property description
- Large dog or second dog: +€6/day each
7. ⏰ Check-in
- From 4:00 PM
- Between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM: free
- Outside these hours: +€35
- On December 24, 25, 31 and January 1: +€100 (regardless of time)
8. ✈️ Check-out
- Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM: free
- Before 7:00 AM: +€35
- On December 24, 25, 31 and January 1: +€100 (regardless of time)
9. ⚡️ Electricity Consumption
- Stays under 30 nights: 20 kWh/day included for apartments, 30 kWh/day for houses
- Extra consumption: €0.30/kWh (deducted from the deposit)
- Stays of 30 nights or more: water and electricity not included (meter reading before departure)
10. 🚶️ Number of Guests and Capacity
The property may only accommodate the number of guests stated in the booking. Overnight stays in tents, caravans or cars on the property are not permitted.
11. ⛔️ Guest Behaviour
- Drug use, parties, and video recording are strictly prohibited
- No external guests are allowed to use shared facilities such as the swimming pool
- Failure to comply may result in a warning or eviction without refund
12. 💡 Duty to Cooperate
Please report any damage or complaints immediately to the owner or administrator. Your cooperation helps us maintain our quality standards.
13. 🔍 General Information
- ❄️ Equipment: depends on the owner’s taste; hot water capacity may vary
- 🛏 Beds and Storage: folding beds or sofa beds possible; storage may be limited
- 👶 Baby Equipment: cots and highchairs available for rent on request
- 🌿 Outdoors: insects may be present; garden furniture may be limited
- 🌐 Distances and Schedules: indicative and may vary by season
- ❓ Complaints: contact the accommodation provider; Casacare360 is not responsible for interruptions to water, internet, or nearby construction
- 🧽 Final Cleaning: always included in the rental price
14. 🧹 Basic and Final Cleaning
Please leave the property clean: empty the fridge, wash the dishes, and take out the rubbish. Final cleaning is always included. Excessive disorder may result in extra charges.
15. ❎ Termination by the Owner
If the contract cannot be fulfilled, equivalent accommodation will be offered, or a full refund will be made. The owner may terminate the contract in case of non-payment or repeated violations.
16. 🗓️ Duration of the Contract
These terms apply to all short-term rentals for a maximum duration of 90 nights.
