Los Altos, "the heights", is a residential area on the border between Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja, set slightly back from the coast. People come here for one thing: a pool right below the apartment, with shops within walking distance and Punta Prima beach about 2.5 km away. A simple formula that families love. Los Altos at a glance
- Between two towns: Torrevieja town centre is about 5 km away, Punta Prima beach about 2.5 km, and La Zenia Boulevard a few minutes' drive.
- Everyday life on foot: a Consum supermarket in the urbanisation (Monday to Saturday, 9am–9.30pm), a pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
- Sport nearby: a padel club (Infinity Padel) about 1 km from our apartment, and Villamartín golf course just over 5 km away.
Jacuzzi, heated pool or resort pool: our properties
Our apartment with jacuzzi is a stone's throw from Los Altos; the others are a few minutes away, in Punta Prima. Pick the pool you fancy:
- 🛁 Apartment with jacuzzi (Oasisbeach IX residence): 4 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private jacuzzi on the south-facing roof terrace, residence pool open all year. Pharmacy 100 m away, supermarket 850 m. No pets.
- 🔥 Apartment with heated private pool: ground floor for 6 guests, private pool heated to 29 °C from 1 October to 31 May.
- 🌊 Luxury seafront apartment – Sea Senses: 6 guests, front line to the sea, two pools (one heated), jacuzzi, pool bar, sauna and padel court in the residence.
- 👨👩👧 Ground floor in Amanecer XII: 4 guests, direct pool access from the terrace. Stays of 11 nights or more. The other homes in the residence are on the Punta Prima page.

Included in every stay
We welcome you in person when you arrive. Sheets, towels and a welcome kit are ready for you, and our booklet shares our favourite places. During your stay you can count on our assistance, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Los Altos FAQ
Where is Los Altos?
South of Torrevieja, on the border with Orihuela Costa, set slightly back from the coast. Torrevieja town centre is about 5 km away and Punta Prima beach about 2.5 km.
Can you swim in winter?
Yes: our apartment with a heated private pool keeps the water at 29 °C from 1 October to 31 May, and the Sea Senses residence has a heated pool. The Oasisbeach IX residence pool is open all year.
Are the shops within walking distance?
Yes. From our apartment with jacuzzi, the pharmacy is 100 m away and the Consum supermarket 850 m, with bars and restaurants nearby.
How far is the beach?
Punta Prima beach is about 2.5 km away, a few minutes by car. If you want the sea right by the residence, the Sea Senses apartment is 50 m from Cala Piteras beach.
Can I bring my dog?
Not to the apartment with jacuzzi. Small dogs are welcome in our apartment with large terrace in Punta Prima.
