Key handover + inspection

At guest arrival and departure, we carry out a full inspection of the property. We also handle the handover and return of keys, ensuring everything is in order and that your home is returned in the same condition as upon arrival.

  • €25 between 07:00 and 23:00
  • €60 between 23:00 and 07:00

Cleaning after tenant departure

Cleaning after tenant departure is mandatory and at the tenant’s expense.

We offer this service to ensure your property is returned to its original state, ready for the next guests.

Rates for this cleaning service are available upon request, ensuring complete transparency.



Management of the booking calendar

Do you have a booking? Send us a message or an email, and we’ll take care of entering everything for you! Of course, you also have direct access to the calendar — you can check and edit it at any time.


Guest identity registration

We strictly comply with the legal requirement to register guest identities with the Spanish authorities. This essential step, often overlooked, ensures full legal compliance. We use secure digital tools to collect and transmit data within the legal deadlines — you don’t have to lift a finger.


Communication with your guests

Automatic messages at key moments to your guests with all the essential information and instructions.

From the moment the booking is recorded, the messages cover everything needed; if questions arise, the owner remains the point of contact. We take over from their arrival on site.


Guest management during their stay

Guests contact us directly in case of any issue, without bothering you. We take full care of them from arrival to departure.

This active management ensures their satisfaction while protecting your property and your peace of mind.

If an on-site intervention is needed, we act without delay:

  • €15/hour between 07:00 and 23:00
  • €50/hour between 23:00 and 07:00

These costs are charged to the guest or to the owner, depending on the situation.
