We are Amy & Gauthier, a Belgian couple and the founders of CasaCare360, dedicated to new and recent homes, and its sister brand SunEscape360, for easy-going holidays in the sun.
Amy is your first point of contact: attentive, available and always smiling.
Gauthier works more behind the scenes: he makes sure everything runs smoothly and steps in quickly if there is a problem.

Together we are a close-knit, reliable team, offering a personal concierge service — professional, tailored and responsive.
We live on the Costa Blanca ourselves and speak French, Dutch and English. We know the area and the regulations, and we are there when you — or your guests — need us.

Whether it's key holding, cleaning, rentals or paperwork, our 360° approach guarantees a complete, careful service, as if your home were our own.

CasaCare360 is officially registered in the Registry of Real Estate Intermediaries of the Valencian Community (GVA), under number RAICV 4145.

Amy is a certified real estate agent (API nº 01529). This official title – “Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria” – guarantees her professional skills and legal authorisation to carry out real estate intermediation in Spain.
