If you have a problem during your stay, contact us straight away on WhatsApp or by phone at +34 604 470 876 so that we can deal with it quickly.

To make a complaint, write to us at [email protected] or by post to the address above, stating your name, your booking reference, the home concerned and a description of what happened. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and reply within 15 days at most.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.

If your complaint is not resolved, you can contact the Servicio Territorial de Comercio y Consumo in Alicante or the municipal consumer information office (OMIC) of your town.
