Key Holding Orihuela Costa

Our key holding service Orihuela Costa is designed to provide a practical and secure solution for managing your keys. We follow strict protocols to ensure the confidentiality and safety of your keys, with a rigorous tracking system to guarantee their security at all times.

Key handover and return

The occasional handover of a set of keys to your relatives or close friends is possible from September to June.

This is not a service for rental to third parties, but rather a helping hand if you occasionally lend your property to trusted people.

This service is not available in July and August, nor in a regular rental context.

• €25 between 08:00 and 22:00
• €60 between 22:00 and 08:00

Cleaning & Laundry

If you’d like cleaning before your arrival or after your departure, our qualified team can take care of it from September to June to clean and prepare your home for your next stay. Bed linen laundry is included.

We offer custom pricing based on your property size and specific needs, to provide a tailored and high-quality service.

Emergency Visit in Case of Issues

Is there a problem at your property while you're 2000 km away? We’ll take care of it! We go on-site and try to resolve it ourselves. If not possible, we contact one of the professionals we work with.
