With our online portal, you can easily register your own stays or those of your tenants in just a few clicks.
Select the desired services (check-in, check-out, cleaning before or after the stay...) so everything is ready on time, without unnecessary exchanges.
The portal is simple, secure, and accessible at any time: a convenient tool to manage your property independently.
Key holding
Our key holding service is designed to offer a practical and secure solution for managing your keys. We have strict protocols in place to ensure confidentiality and security, with a rigorous tracking system to keep your keys safe at all times.
Key handover
We handle the handover and return of keys throughout the year; you manage all other aspects of your rentals.
We do not communicate with the guests and do not manage their stay. If a problem arises, we only intervene at the owner's request, at their expense.
- €25 between 07:00 and 23:00

Cleaning and Laundry
If you’d like cleaning services before your arrival or after your departure, our professional team can intervene from September to June to clean and prepare your home for your next visit. Household linen laundry is included.
We offer personalized pricing based on your property’s size and your specific needs, ensuring quality service tailored to you.
Travel in case of problem
Is there a problem at your place and you're 2000 km away? We take care of it! We go on site and try to solve it ourselves. If not possible, we call on one of our trusted professionals.
Travel & problem solving:
- €15/hour between 7am and 11pm
- €60/hour between 11pm and 7am
Receipt of parcels and online purchases
We receive your parcels and online purchases, then deliver them directly to your home. If you wish, we can also unpack them, install them, or assemble them. A photo of the final result is sent to you once installation is complete. A complete and convenient service, even from a distance.
Inspection visit
We carry out an on-site inspection visit to check the general condition of your property (windows, appliances, water leaks, etc.). You receive a brief report by email or WhatsApp with photos and comments, so you always know what's going on at home.
Locks and Alarm Check
We check the condition of locks, doors, windows, and alarms to ensure they work properly and to detect any irregularities. If a problem is found, we act quickly to resolve it.
Shutter Operation
Shutters are vital for your home’s security and comfort. Our team ensures that they open and close without issue, maintaining your peace of mind and protecting your privacy while keeping your home cool.
Water and Electricity Check
Water and electrical installations are essential for your comfort. We perform regular checks to detect leaks, power failures, or overloads—helping prevent accidents and ensure your appliances are in good working order.
Running water in sinks, toilets, and showers helps prevent odors caused by dried-out water traps.
Pest Presence Check
Pests can cause serious damage to your property. We conduct meticulous inspections to detect signs of insects, rodents, or parasites and implement preventive measures to protect your home.
Home Ventilation
Proper ventilation is crucial for maintaining a healthy environment and preventing mold issues. We make sure your home is properly ventilated. Opening a window during our inspection helps refresh your home’s air.
Mail collection and forwarding
We regularly check your mailbox and, if necessary, forward your letters and official documents to your home address. If desired, we can also scan them and send them by email. This service ensures you stay informed, even when you're away.
Inspection Report Sent by Email
After each inspection, we write a detailed report with all observations and actions taken during the visit. The report is emailed to you to keep you informed about your home’s condition and the steps taken to ensure its safety and proper functioning.
