Terms and Conditions 
1. Introductory Provisions 
Welcome to Casacare360 SLU, your partner for holiday rentals and concierge services!

Represented by: Amy Martin J. Mullen (hereinafter referred to as "the intermediary") 
We are here to facilitate the conclusion of short-term rental contracts for holiday apartments on behalf of and for the benefit of owners or their representatives (hereinafter referred to as "the lessor"). Casacare360 SLU acts exclusively as an 
intermediary to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience. 
2. Bookings 
Booking with us is simple and fast! You can select the property of your choice online. Once your reservation is confirmed by us, it becomes binding for all the people listed in the booking. 
3. Payments 
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to be paid online at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in the required currency before the deadline indicated on the invoice, which corresponds to 60 days before the arrival 
date. If the payment is not made on time, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation. 
4. Security Deposit 
A security deposit of 250 € will be pre-authorized on your credit card for payments made through PayPal and Stripe. This pre-authorization will begin one day before your arrival and will end four days after your departure. If you pay by bank transfer, the security deposit must be handed in cash to the Casacare360 SLU representative upon your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure, provided everything is in order. 
5. Pets 
Bringing a small dog (-15 kg) is allowed and specified in the property description, limited to one animal. Bringing a large dog will incur a surcharge of 6 € per day. Bringing a second dog (small or large) will incur a surcharge of 6 € per day. 
6. Arrival 
Check-in time is from 16:00 hrs. Arrivals between 16:00 and 23:00 are free of charge. 
Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a surcharge of 35 €. 
Arrivals on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1 incur a surcharge of 100 €. 
7. Departure 
Check-out is from 07:00 hrs and no later than 10:00 hrs, with no possibility of delay. 
Early departures before 07:00 incur a surcharge of 35 €. 
Departures on holidays (December 24, 25, 31, and January 1) incur a surcharge of 100 €. 
8. Electricity Consumption 
The rate for stays of less than 30 nights includes 15 kWh per day. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.30 € per kWh, deducted from the security deposit. For long stays: Water and electricity consumption is not included in the price for stays of 
more than 30 nights. A breakdown will be made the day before your departure. 

9. Number of People and Property Capacity 
For your comfort, the rented property must be occupied by the number of people indicated. In case of over-occupation, the lessor may charge additional fees or refuse access to extra persons. Overnight stays in tents, caravans, or cars on the property are not allowed. 
10. Tenant Behavior 
• The use of drugs, organizing parties, and recording videos are strictly prohibited in the property. 
• It is forbidden to invite external persons to the complex and allow them to use the facilities, such as the swimming pool. 
• In case of problems reported by neighbors, a warning will be issued. If violations persist after the warning, tenants must leave the premises immediately, without any refund for the remaining rental period. 
11. Duty of Cooperation 
Please report any damage or complaint about the description of the property to the owner or administrator immediately. Your cooperation helps us maintain our quality standards. 
12. General Information for Guests 
• Equipment: Apartments and holiday homes are furnished according to the personal taste of the owner. Some are simple and functional. Please note that the hot water capacity may vary depending on the water heater. 
• Beds and Storage: Extra beds are generally folding beds or sofa beds. Storage space may be limited. 
• Grounds: Some grounds are natural and may host insects. Garden furniture is not always designed for the maximum occupancy of the house. 
• Distances and Opening Hours: Distances are estimated and opening hours may vary depending on the season. 
• Complaints: In case of a problem, feel free to contact the accommodation provider for rectification. We are not responsible for the quality of the TV signal, internet connection, drinking water, or construction work nearby. 
• Final Cleaning Fee: Between 60 and 120 €, depending on the size of the property, will be automatically added to the rental price. 
13. Basic and Final Cleaning 
We rely on you to leave the property tidy: remove food waste, wash the dishes, and take care of the garbage. Final cleaning is either included in the rental price or charged separately according to the description of the property. Excessive mess may result in 
additional charges. 
14. Cancellation Policy 
You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 7 days of confirmation, provided you are more than 60 days before the arrival date. If you cancel within 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. After this period, no refund will be 
possible. Transferring a stay to another date or property is possible for a fee of 50 €, provided it is requested more than 60 days before arrival. 
15. Withdrawal by the Lessor 
If, for any reason, the execution of the contract becomes impossible, the lessor will offer you an equivalent property. If no replacement is possible, you will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be due. The lessor may also terminate the contract if the terms and conditions are consistently violated or if payment is not made on time. 
16. Contract Duration 
These conditions apply to all short-term rentals for a maximum of 90 nights.
